1. Defective Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at info@crappiehead.com within 5 days of receiving your order. 
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and upon inspection, a full refund, including shipping fees, will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Incorrect Item:

  • If the wrong item was ordered we offer returns within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@crappiehead.com
  • Please note that in these cases, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and the refund will be processed minus any applicable shipping fees.

3. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can be made if an item of equal or lesser value is available.
  • Contact our customer service team at info@crappiehead.com to inquire about the exchange options.
  • If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded. If it is of equal value, a straightforward exchange will be made.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and all tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as used: fish scalers, knockers, quick connects and towels, are non-returnable.
